How to request deletion of your personal information

We respect your right to have your personal data deleted. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to contact@securekyc.live.
• Include your full name and the email address you used when applying.
• We will verify your request and delete your data.

What will be deleted

• Your contact details (first name, last name, email address, phone number).
• Your address details (country, address, city, postcode).
• Your identity documents, selfie and proof of address.
• Any other information you provided.

How long it takes

We will process your request and delete your personal information within 30 days of verifying your identity.

Note

We may retain certain information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary for legitimate business purposes (for example, to prevent fraud).
