These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SecureKYC (securekyc.live), a platform operated by ETEVERT LTD for processing applications for short online missions. By submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SecureKYC allows you to apply for short online missions and complete a secure identity verification process. We review your application and, if approved, provide you with the details needed to begin the missions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, truthful and complete information when applying.

3. Your application

You agree to provide accurate information and genuine documents.
You agree to take a real, current photograph of yourself (selfie) using your device's camera.

4. Identity verification

You must provide genuine identity documents. Submitting false, fraudulent, or someone else's documents is strictly prohibited and may result in rejection and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.

5. Data protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or reuse your information.

6. Acceptable use

Do not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
Do not use the documents or identity of another person.
Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

7. Intellectual property

All content and software on SecureKYC belong to ETEVERT LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETEVERT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your application or access to the platform if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We comply with all applicable laws and with Meta's Platform Policies, which govern the collection of leads through Meta Lead Ads. See Meta's Platform Terms.
