This Privacy Policy explains how ETEVERT LTD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you apply for short online missions through SecureKYC (securekyc.live).

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: first name, last name, email address and phone number.
• Address details: country, address, city and postcode.
• Proof of address (optional): utility bill, bank statement or council tax bill.
• Any other information you choose to include in a message or form submission.

3. How we collect your information

• From the Meta (Facebook) lead form you complete first.
• From our secure application form at securekyc.live/apply/uk.

4. Why we collect it

We collect and use your information for one purpose only: to verify your identity, process your application for the short online missions, and contact you about them. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

5. Legal basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases:

• Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (processing your application).
• Our legitimate interest in verifying identities and preventing fraud.
• Your consent, where applicable.

6. How we use — and never use — your information

We use your information only to process your application and manage the missions.

We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for marketing or any commercial purpose. We never reuse your information for anything other than the missions. Once your missions are finished, your information is not used again.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties, except where we are required to do so by law.

8. Data retention

Your identity documents and selfie are stored for a maximum of 3 months after the end of your missions, after which they are permanently deleted. Contact details may be retained for legitimate business record-keeping purposes and are then deleted.

9. Security

• Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
• Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never publicly accessible.
• Access is restricted to authorised personnel and is logged.

10. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal information, to obtain a copy of it, and to object to processing. 11. International transfers

Your information is stored on secure servers within the European Economic Area.
